Tournament Dinner

Registrations for this event are closed.
Anyone associated with the NSW Open is invited to the tournament dinner. There is a three course menu plus self serve coffee. A bar is open at the side of the room for personal purchases. Cost for the dinner is $70 per person.
There are two entrées, two mains and two desserts. They will be served to alternate diners. Most choices are gluten free.
Entrées - Timbale of prawns and avocado (gf); Spicy chicken on a rice noodle & water chestnut salad
Mains - Chargrilled sirloin steak with mushroom ragout (gf); Grilled barramundi with saffron mash & buttered spinach (gf)
Dessert - Vegan dark chocolate mousse on a rice souffle biscuit with almond raspberry glaze (vn); sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce
The chef will cater to specific dietary requirements. Anyone with special dietary needs will need to contact Sandra by 9th April at secretaryPANSW@gmail.com.
